What should I do before the technician arrives?
For water, shut off the supply if you can reach the valve safely. For electrical, do not keep resetting a breaker that keeps tripping. For refrigeration, keep doors closed and stop restocking the unit. Tell dispatch what you are seeing and we will advise while the technician is en route.
Do you charge extra for nights and weekends?
After-hours emergency work is priced differently from scheduled daytime work, which is standard across the trade. We tell you the rate when you call, before anyone is dispatched.
