If you are sourcing a provider for New York State, the question that usually decides it is whether the company on the invoice is the company that turns up. For Relion it is. Every trade is performed by Relion employees. We do not subcontract and we do not broker work.
Why self-performing matters to you
A broker takes your work order, marks it up, and hands it to a local trade you never vetted. When it goes wrong, the chain of accountability breaks in the middle. Relion removes that layer entirely.
- One point of accountability. The company that accepts the work order employs the technician who performs it.
- No stacked markup. You are not paying a coordination fee on top of another contractor's rate.
- Consistent standards. The same crews, the same reporting and the same site conduct in Buffalo as on Long Island.
- Multi-trade in one visit. An electrical, plumbing and refrigeration list closes on one mobilization instead of three separate providers and three trip charges.
- No surprise sub on your site. Everyone who signs in at your client's location works for Relion.

Work order platforms
Relion works in Corrigo Pro and ServiceChannel. We follow the platform process rather than working around it: check in and check out through IVR, keep statuses current, work to the not-to-exceed limit, and return completion documentation through the same system the work order arrived in.
If your programme runs on a platform not listed here, call (516) 716-0989. Learning another work order system is not the obstacle; coverage and self-performance are the things that are hard to replicate.
Trades we self-perform
How a work order runs
- Work order received. Through your platform, by email, or by phone for emergencies. Emergency calls reach a dispatcher any hour.
- Scheduled against your SLA. We confirm the window and coordinate site access, alarm codes and after-hours requirements up front.
- Technician checks in. IVR check-in where the platform requires it, so your tracking stays accurate.
- Diagnosis inside the NTE. If the real scope will exceed the limit, work stops and we request authorization with photos and findings.
- Repair and check-out. Before and after photos, parts used, written findings, and anything the site needs watched.
Who we work on
Relion is commercial-only and does not take residential work. Typical sites in our markets:
- Retail chains and storefronts
- Restaurants and quick-service kitchens
- Office buildings and suites
- Medical and dental offices
- Warehouses and distribution facilities
- Banks, pharmacies and multi-site brands
- Property management portfolios

Provider Questions
Do you subcontract any of your work?
No. Every trade Relion Technical Services performs is performed by our own employees. We do not subcontract and we do not broker work to third parties. One company holds the work order from dispatch through completion, which means one point of accountability and no markup layered on top of another contractor.
Which work order platforms do you work in?
Relion works in Corrigo Pro and ServiceChannel. We follow the platform's process on every call, including check-in and check-out, status updates, not-to-exceed limits and completion documentation.
What is your coverage area?
Relion covers 8 regional markets across New York State and 103 named towns and cities, from Long Island and the five boroughs through the Hudson Valley, the Capital Region, the Mohawk Valley, Central New York, Rochester and the Finger Lakes, out to Buffalo and Niagara.
Which trades can you cover on a single work order?
Electrical, plumbing, HVAC and refrigeration, lighting, glass and doors, and general repairs. Because all of it is in-house, a multi-trade work order can be closed on one mobilization instead of being split across several providers with separate trip charges.
Do you accept after-hours and emergency work orders?
Yes. Relion dispatches 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including nights, weekends and holidays. Emergency dispatch reaches a person, not a voicemail box, at (516) 716-0989.
How do you handle not-to-exceed limits?
We work to the NTE on the work order. If the scope found on site will exceed it, the technician stops and requests authorization with findings and photos before continuing, rather than completing the work and disputing it at invoice.
What documentation comes back with a completed work order?
Before and after photos, a written description of what failed and what was replaced, parts used, and any follow-up the site needs. Documentation goes back through the platform the work order came in on.
How quickly can Relion be onboarded as a provider?
Quickly. We are set up to return a W-9, insurance documentation, trade coverage list and market coverage list on request. Send your onboarding packet to service@reliontechnical.com or call (516) 716-0989.
